Best Winter Books

Best Winter Books

Winter is historically not my favourite season, but there’s plenty to love about winter reading: the cold, grey days are the perfect excuse to stay inside and read. The Danish concept of Hygge is still having its moment, and for good reason: it encourages us to indulge in the seasonal aspects of life by being intentionally cosy in the wintertime.

So grab yourself a cup of tea, a warm blanket, and light some candles. Then pick up one of these five titles set in the wintertime to bring the feeling full circle. Whether or not you expect to see snow outside your own window this year, you can experience that snowy winter weather on the page.

January TBR

January TBR

Last year was a great reading year overall, with a total number of 150 books read (a complete overview of some stats can be read here). In December alone, I managed to read a total of 13 books, thanks to the quieter times between Christmas and New Years.

January is going to be a whole different story though (same as the rest of the year), with moving house & studying for my Associate Degree, I don’t think I will be able to read as much as I would like to.

Blogmas Day 15: End of the Year Book Tag

Blogmas Day 15: End of the Year Book Tag

Today’s post is a tag that I’ve loved reading on other blogs and watching on booktube channels, and that is The End of Year Book Tag! I saw this on Rachel Marie’s channel and I’ve now spent hours on the autoplay just watching different videos back to back. It sounded like a lot of fun to do plus I love answering questions! This is going to be a  long post. If you participate, or have already, feel free to leave a link in the comments.
